BBC Radio 4 – The Art of Now: Greek Revival, 27 February 2018

I co-produced this Radio 4 programme which sought (in a brief 28 mins!) to capture a snapshot of some of the recent creative endeavours happening in Athens. With contributions from the following, including those who the producers couldn’t include in the final cut:
ATH1281, Alexandros Voulgaris (The Boy), Artists at Risk, Catriona Gallagher (A-DASH), Danai Giannoglou & Vasilis Papageorgiou (Enterprise Projects), Elina Kountouri (NEON), Emma Doxiadi, George Manginis (Benaki Museum), James Bridle, Marina Fokidis (documenta 14), Miltos Sotiriadis (Θέατρο του Νέου Κόσμου), Sofia Exarchou, Sokratis Sokratous, Stamos Fafalios (Atopos CVC), Ta Fyta and Theodoros Chiotis.

Subterranean Trawler

Between March 2008 and October 2009 I broadcast 34 radio shows on Cambridge University Radio [CUR1350]. I calculated I:

• Played about 555 songs,
• from about 555 different artists
• from roughly 42 specified genres
• with 46 special guests co-hosting
• spending over 40 hours 7 metres underground.
